Nettle, often known as stinging nettle, is another beneficial plant that is frequently mistaken for a weed. The leaves may be brewed into a diuretic tea, just like dandelion. Nettles have a wide variety of vitamins and minerals in addition to several plant compounds. They are what give the plant its anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant, and antibacterial effects. This herb offers many other health advantages, including fighting against cancer and alleviating the symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism, in addition to helping the body cleanse by boosting liver and kidney function. By increasing circulation, it also aids in detoxifying (17).

Parsley

Parsley is one of the most well-known herbs used in culinary preparations all over the world. Both its flat and curly leaves are useful for detoxifying. It is one of the most effective herbs for removing heavy metals and other toxins from the body. The liver and kidneys can both benefit from parsley's diuretic effects. Moreover, it can be used to prevent and treat kidney and gallstones and bladder and urinary tract infections (18).
